We are the original design manufacturers of the Vacmaster® & LawnMaster® range of high performance appliances for the home, garden and business.

Cleva was born in 2004 by two people who shared a vision to design and manufacture high performance industrial and domestic vacuum cleaners and lawn mowers at affordable prices. “To be honest I was not overly impressed with the communication from the company, I received no shipping or delivery information, luckily I was there at the time Parcel-force arrived to deliver. Having said that, the vacuum is pretty decent and I am more than happy with the quality.”

“I bought a Vacmaster 20l Wet & Dry vacuum cleaner from Amazon and the unit was then sent directly from Cleva Europe. The price paid to Amazon was £64.99 but immediately after delivery I discovered that if I had ordered the item directly from Cleva Europe the price would have been £59.99. £5 less! That was very annoying. The Vacmaster cleaner seems to be of robust neat construction, looks good and most importantly, it has powerful suction. I bought the machine for workshop/garage use for which it is well suited.”

“Vacmaster Quiet 20 HEPA | VK1520SIWC-H13 Review. My first impression is that this is a quality piece of kit. It is much heavier than previous vacuums I've owned and feels solid. This may be a negative if you are up and down stairs but it isn't an issue for me and is preferred because it doesn't want to fall over when you drag it around. The hose is very long by shop vac standards and that is nice for reaching, but mine has 2 kinks in it due to poor packing prior to shipment. I'm hoping the kinks come out but after some massaging and an overnight wait they are still there. The vac whistles a little, as if something is stuck in there, and I'[m not sure this isn't related to the kinks but it was like this from the start and hasn't changed any with use so I'm not sure what to think. Slightly disappointed with the suction, really wanted the 30 but it was out of stock and delivery was 3 months out. I haven't used the power take off yet because I didn't think to buy the power tool hose adapter. You should order this at the same time as the vac. It does have a 'burnt brush' smell going on when it runs but I'm hoping that is just a 'new motor' smell and isn't indicative of a premature demise. Time will tell. Cleva promptly shipped the vac and, apart from the hose mentioned above, was received in good condition.”

“My vacumaster arrived with s broken part. This was replaced promptly the following day with a new power head ... minus the broken part. This was subsequently rectified with a third delivery. Although it was an inconvenience I cannot fault the customer service and would be happy to use you again.”

“Delivery later than promised, without notice of delay. Due on Friday and delivered on Monday. This amounted to 2+ days indoors in case it arrived. Delivered then on time, as notified by email on Monday morning. Despite my disability, I have managed to assemble the cleaner and have only one query concerning the charging adapter. Should the charging adaptor plug, when properly inserted into the charging port, be deep-seated and firm or proud of the port and mobile? The latter is as far as I can position it. This may be on account of my disability. If so, I will need to ask a member of the caring staff for help.”
