About Cleva UK & Ireland:

We are the original design manufacturers of the Vacmaster® & LawnMaster® range of high performance appliances for the home, garden and business.

Cleva was born in 2004 by two people who shared a vision to design and manufacture high performance industrial and domestic vacuum cleaners and lawn mowers at affordable prices. Since then, we have grown to a 1200 strong workforce and have manufactured over 40 million appliances. All of which have been designed and manufactured by us, in-house.

“The wet and dry vacuum I purchased is first class I am extremely happy with the product. My only criticism is with Parcel Force they received the item early on the Saturday but it was only prepared for delivery that day. On the Monday it was scheduled for delivery between 4 pm to 5 pm, I was out of town that day but drove 40 miles round trip to accept it I was tracking the delivery van to within 1/2 a mile of my house then it went off screen and was not delivered as promised. Next day Tuesday then again scheduled it for delivery but again it was scheduled for a late delivery between 4 to 5 pm I decided not to do another 40 mile round trip as I had lost faith in Parcel Force having read other people's experience with them it was eventually delivered on the Tuesday 4 days after it was in there possession.”

“On the minus side I didn't receive a email conformation of my order so that was the cause of 4 stars. On the plus side the item I ordered was damaged on receipt and it was was resolved to my satisfaction both quickly and efficiently. Well done.”
