The Sales Team were very helpful. However, I received the incorrect items twice; and had to chase Cleva up before I finally received the correct items on the 3rd delivery. No delivery note included in any of the packages. How can your Despatch/Warehouse run efficiently if they do not have traceability in what comes into stock, and what goes out? This is perhaps why your customers had to wait several weeks for the Spools and Lines, which were out of stock. Do you have a stock control system?
