We are the original design manufacturers of the Vacmaster® & LawnMaster® range of high performance appliances for the home, garden and business.

Cleva was born in 2004 by two people who shared a vision to design and manufacture high performance industrial and domestic vacuum cleaners and lawn mowers at affordable prices. Since then, we have grown to a 1200 strong workforce and have manufactured over 40 million appliances. All of which have been designed and manufactured by us, in-house.

“Everything seems to be working I have only done one cut since purchase and the only comment I would make is that the grip on the orange handles has to be very firm to keep the motor running. This can make your hands ache. Otherwise I am satisfied with the purchase at the moment.”

“I ordered two items, which were. delivered separately, First to arrive were the bags, Had an Email stating delivery was made. wasted a lot of time trying to contact Cleva !! Could not find a telephone number on the web sight. Left a message on their "contact us" page, (Still waiting for an answer 5 days later ). Next day received another Email informing me that my items were on the way. If Cleva had the courtesy to explain the delivery system , and a contactable telephone number a lot of time would not have been wasted”

“Ordering our new battery mower was easy, the mower was delivered quickly and looked good. It would have been excellent had it not been for a necessary nut that was missing to fix on the lower turn knob which holds the two pieces of the lower handle together. I emailed and received a prompt response to say the spare part would be sent. In the meantime we charged the batteries and checked the mower started up and ran ok, which it did. Spare bits arrived but the wrong ones, so still couldn't finish handle. Emailed and was told the wrong parts had been sent but the right ones would be sent shortly. That was a week ago and still no parts. Had to borrow a lawnmower whilst our new one sits waiting for the bit to arrive. We could tape the handle up but it is brand new! Disappointing, especially as we ordered two spare batteries while they were in stock as we were thinking about buying a leaf blower and possibly a strimmer, but not so sure now.”
