“I am leaving tradex this year I have been a loyal customer for more than 15 years at the Romford office I renewed last year I was I paid tradex four hundred pounds more to renew I was getting it a lot cheaper else were the only reason I stayed was because of a lady called Kelly Kendall who has being dealing with me over the last twenty years wen I was at central cab care as the owner back in 2003. This year I have been quoted over £1.000 more by tradex I am getting it it £1301.84 else were I will be sending the proof to yourself once I renew before the 15th March. Once again like to thank Kelly Kendall for the way she been dealing with myself a true professional thanks”

“very poor, travelled 2.5 hours to buy a car that had management warning lights come on 5 miles from garage waited 5 weeks for returning funds and now there check had bounced on me be aware this company might be going under do not buy from them”

“I had problems getting on to the MID database and I needed a car registered for the weekend. Serena Horsewell sorted the whole problem out and made sure the car had insurance for that weekend. In addition she emailed me to tell me that it was all sorted so I had piece of mind that it was done. This is the type of service I rarely get these days and I appreciate the effort she made. Score10/10”

“Very very disappointed with this Company, been with them for 20+ years, they send a renewal invitation in November last which was horrendous, sought Insurance elsewhere at a quarter of what they quoted. And interestingly enough not had any contact from them. So you are only a number on the top right of the Invitation, loyalty today means absolutely NOTHING”

“Had no joy with this company after spend ing small fortune on cover settle cliam that was not my fault with out any update or to disscuss with me worst company to deal with if anything goes wrong will complain to the right athourites and make sure that thay to things above board very shady company”
