“Worst claims department I have ever felt with no comunication with one another no emails sent or call backs to update with case still waiting on my work car to fixed they haven't even called the third party to tell them I am going through insurance been stressing over this for 3 weeks and they still have done nothing to calm my stress don't insure with them this will be my last year with them never again they are cheep for a reason”

“I would not have renewed my insurance, fortunately I spoke with Joe Wallace. He was brilliant, knowledgable.. and made it so easy! I had spoken with other people there, was not impressed.. he made the whole thing so easy! I was going else where, but he sorted it all out there and then in 10min telephone call.. all I can say thanks Joe for making it so straight forward...”
