“Had to wait 18 minutes to get to an operator, listening to awful Techno type music. I was in a queue of just 3. My simple enquiry was to have some renewal documentation resent. I was online for less than a minute. The good news was that John Coleman sent the detail within a minute of ending the phone call. I hope that when I pay my premium in a few days I won't have to wait so long again.”

“I've been using CG Scotland for a few years. Dealt today with Pamela Fergusson and Shaun Anderson. As ever, they were efficient, polite and we got minor errors and peculiarities of the policy sorted very quickly.”

“Callum Peterkin Customer Services I would say is an asset to your organisation he has the ability to act quickly and provide a service which managed to retain my business after 5years as I was aggrieved with how my renewal was being dealt with and rectified the oversights his colleague had made .Thank you once again Callum job well done !”
