The initial renewal process for Limobike could have been handled a lot more efficiently (please could you use email like everyone else?! Postal service is not always reliable and with email we all have a record of what has been received and what has been missed) but after the initial problem particular thanks to Daniel Pelgrom for sorting out what seemed an insurmountable problem - he was particularly friendly, courteous and efficient.
