There was a good selection of hampers available to suit different needs and budgets. Ordering online was straightforward and my hamper was delivered within a few days. The contents of the hamper was arranged well and all items were neatly packed.

Last minute order. I rang to say it didn't look like it would be processed as stipulated. The lady I spoke to, Thelma, reassured me it would. She took her time to look into where my order was with the courier before giving me assured feedback with a possible alternate resolution if it didn't get delivered. They delivered. I have had the hampers gifted to me a couple of times myself; they are perfect. Thank you.

I have sent a Xmas Hamper to my team members several times and never had any issue in packing, delivery or quality of the items. Well received and appreciated every time :) Only gripe is that since Brexit they can't delivery to the EU anymore, so some of my EU based team members are missing out on a real British Xmas treat...

The hamper for my cousins was delivered the day after I ordered it and they were delighted with the contents. Lots of updates on progress and the delivery journey. Can't ask better than that!

Hamper very nice and delivered on time. Incorrect message included with hamper though - obviously a mix-up - so this tainted the experience. However I have used hampers.com many times and this is the first problem encountered.

We have a postal strike in Canada and our daughter lives in London so I was trying to figure out how to send her a gift for Christmas. I googled ‘hampers’ and a few companies popped up. Your photos really stood out. I ordered her a Night Before Christmas basket. She knew it was coming her way, so it was not a surprise. She sent me the following messages when she opened it. I want to thank Hampers.com for ensuring that my brother who lives in a care home received his birthday hamper, after D H L informed me that no one had been present to accept delivery on the day of his birthday. They said someone would have to pick it up. When I informed Hampers.com that it was a care home and my brother certainly wouldn’t be able to pick it up. They rectified the situation and I have just received an email confirming delivery. So a big thank you to this company.
