Beautiful hamper and excellent customer service. I brought a hamper for my parents 50th wedding anniversary to surprise them at their hotel. They changed hotels last minute and Steve could not have done more to ensure I felt confident that the hamper would arrive at their new hotel. Great service, thank you ☺️

I bought a hamper for my aunt’s birthday. She lives in a village. In the past, I have been let down by delivery services(not delivered, cancelled, delivered to wrong address, delivered three weeks late). This service was excellent. Regular updates, parcel tracked, and present arrived at correct destination exactly when expected. I’m told delivery person was lovely too. Thank you so much.

This has been quite a saga. EVRI tried and failed to deliver my friend's 80th birthday hamper to her village in Hampshire. After 6 frustrating days and being in constant touch with Mohamed, Hampers' customer service guy, I asked for the parcel to be redirected to me instead and good as gold Hampers sent a replacement. EVRI have spent 2 days looking for the original package and now admit it has been mislaid. Well done for Hampers' great customer service when things went pear-shaped.
