The 2nd time I have used them and the receiver is always chuffed to bit with the contents. Great customer service, they can deliver the next day.

The Hamper was for my cousin as a get well. She says it was beautiful package, had all the correct products in it. Great quality products, however the custom note was extremely lacking and didnt not even the symbols that I intended. It included an advertisement, followed by another ad upon opening the box. Kind of ruined it as a present. You should definitely not be putting ads for you site front and centre like that.

The Hamper was a farewell gift for a friend, unfortunately it was not delivered when asked for, Steve from Customer Services contacted me to advise, he then went over & above in efforts to ensure delivery was made before friends departure. Well done Steve. The gift itself was excellent value for money, it was full of nice goodies, packaging was very nice & sturdy. Despite the set back I will use company again.

We had just spent a Week in Portugal with my long lost sister and here husband, who we had not seen for many, many years. Having emigrated to Canada some 40 years ago we wanted to thank them for a memorable experience and had a hamper sent to them in the UK upon their return. The delivery was made the next day which was a Saturday, and the contents could not have been better. We were told that the contents were delicious and actually tasted better than expected with a perfect combination of high quality goods. The delivery was per the actual time stated by the tracking information and the ordering process was easy with payment via PayPal, making the transaction simple, straightforward and perfect.
