“*You really must read this review* Absolutely fantastic customer service, my usual go to company (out of habit) did not offer much in the way of a man's treat, my son had passed his degree with a first and hampers.com's Real Ale and Cheese hamper fitted the required celebration, offering a good selection of beers accompanied with tasty treats. Ordering on a Thursday for a Saturday delivery was ideal for my son to enjoy his surprise whilst at home for the weekend, easy to order the website was straightforward. Delivery was confirmed for Saturday 8th, acknowledgement was received from the courier the next day to say that the hamper had been collected. Unfortunately due to no fault of hampers.com the delivery courier then sent a message stating they would deliver on the Monday! I had to therefore send a complaint into hampers com. Well they we're FANTASTIC when I explained the importance for my son to receive his gift on the specified day Naomi sorted everything out, a new order was packed, an alternative courier was arranged one who would deliver on the Sunday, and a successful delivery was made to my overjoyed son who thoughly enjoyed his hamper prior to returning to work on the Monday. Thank you so much Naomi for providing such great customer service. I will definitely be using hampers.com again, they have proved that even though something went wrong; which was not their fault, they sorted the problem out. That's a proper company with good ethics. Well done Hampers.com.”

“My mom always loves her hamper. Very easy to order & good quality. Only thing to improve would be the delivery. Notification said delivered with a signature but courier company sent a photo of the hamper being left under the mail box in the sun. Probably not a good idea as it was an English tea hamper with scones etc.”

“The drinks and food are of good quality and my boyfriend loved it, I liked the basket they sent it is very cute. The only point to improve is delivery, the order arrived a day before the date I scheduled and the delivery man left it in the backyard, but he posted on the website that he had left it with a neighbor. Apart from this incident I would buy again.”

“I live in South Africa, and wanted to send a lovely, decadent hamper to my sister-in-law in London. Your hampers choices were perfect and the service was amazing.
