Easy to use and simple to update. You provided a quick means of amending delivery date and instructions. I was sending this from overseas so good communication was appreciated. It would be helpful if delivery date options were earlier in the process before entering lots of other information but this was a minor issue.

So many options, and so easy to see what the contents of each hamper was before making a decision. I liked that hamper prices were clearly visible, I spent a lot more time (and money) because the selection process was transparent. It would be wonderful if there was an option for updates to be sent to the recipient rather than to the sender. I also didn't expect that they'd have to sign for the package. Neither of these things were a problem, and I'm sure I wouldn't want it to default to them receiving notifications if it were to be a surprise delivery but for the future (because I will order again) it would be helpful. The courier updates were really good, and the delivery was made on the day requested. I am very happy and will definitely use your services again. Thank you.

Having ordered two hampers for my son who lives away for his birthday - I decided to get him a fun one which was the The Aloha Cocktail Hamper and then a traditional one which was The Birthday Celebration Hamper. Both hampers arrived on time, the presentation was as always perfect and the contents .......well hampers.com you didn't let me down as they were both amazing. on line ordering was a breeze and even included the order going to multiple addresses was simple to achieve. One emailed question I had was answered clearly by a human I think in 6 hours. Products selelcted as Christmas gifts arrived on the chosen dates. this is the 4 th time I have used Hampers.com Excellent service and excellent price points on offer.

Have been sending a hamper to my sister (who is now 90 years old) for some years now. The response from the family has always been very positive. My niece who tells me its unveiling is always fun as they look what there is. Being able to pay order this easily from Canada and know it will be delivered before Christmas is great.
