Amazing service. Initially the delivery company damaged my parcel and within a few hours, hampers.com acknowledged the issue and resent a replacement hamper for next day delivery and even sorted my refund for my named day delivery request. I definitely recommend this company and I will be using them again. Excellent products and the packaging was done to a high standard.

The content of the hamper is nice but the box is smashed to bits. It's packed tight in the postage box so during delivery any impact destroys the box and ultimately destroys a present. Update - after this review they contacted me and sent through a new box in record time, so I could present this for the weekend to my uncle for his 70th birthday. Well done for recovering this initial problem so we'll and providing alot of feedback. I believe they will also look into the packaging issue for postage so as to ensure this does not happen again.

Recipient happy with the content but arrived far too early. Website said two or three days from ordering, mine was delivered next day. Good service yet but too early for the recipient's Birthday so a bit disappointing overall, delivery dates need to be more accurate.

However we have an exception to the rules, where if the hamper contains cheese, scones or cream, then we dispatch this on a next day service so that the goods are not soiled. I haven’t used hampers.com for some time and found a good range of options at more affordable prices than many others . Hamper was delivered in good time & my brother was delighted with it . Thank you
