“Great customer service. There was an issue with delivering my hamper to my family in the UK. The delivery company messed up and did not coordinate the delivery well. However, Hamper.com rectified the issue and delivered the hamper to my brother without extra charge. They were very efficient in keeping me informed and resolving the issue. I will definitely use them again. Thank you Hamper.com for your great customer service. The products are also of very good quality.”
