“Hello, I ordered a hamper for my family member in the UK. As I am from the US , I wasn’t sure if your company was the one I should be contacting. “The parcel was delivered soaking wet, fortunately the contents were not affected but dreadful condition for a Christmas present Which had to be opened on delivery. Not impressed.”
