I send the hamper to my brother and he is unable to contact me as he is in a group home but I am such that he enjoys what he like and there are others he can share with.

I was disappointed that I could not personalise the hampers by selecting individual items to add to the hamper!!!!

The hamper arrived really quickly which was good, however the note i wrote to accompany it was missing so the recipient had no idea who the hamper was from. It was only by chance that i found this out and was then able to confirm that it was me that had sent the hamper, but it rather spoilt the reason for sending it

The hamper was delivered on time however the package did not include my message so the recipient did not know that it was sent from me!

I made a simple error on one postcode (surely not the first person to do this) and the website simply blocked me without telling me my fault. This needs fixing. The chatline (thanks Stephen) helped me out.

We sent a beer ploughmans hamper for my fathers birthday. He was very happy with this, however apparently the lid somehow was loose on the pickled onions so no vinegar left and everything rather smelly in the hamper.

The hamper was nice. It was a lot smaller than what we expected (for the money) the bag was a bit squashed as it came in a box. There wasn’t much there for what you pay. I paid extra to get it for a certain day and it came late in the afternoon so that was a bit annoying. It wasn’t as nice as the hampers I’ve order elsewhere before.

Great hamper, but they left the item on the doorstep of a public thoroughfare. It was discovered by a neighbour but could have been stolen. The contents and presentation were well received though.

This hamper was ordered for a colleague who has just had a major operation. She didn't know who the Hamper was from so could not acknowledge receipt. Once I had been informed (by yourselves) that the Hamper had been delivered I had to chase around her immediate family for confirmation. If the Gift message saying who it was from ,was attached ,she couldn't find it!

I'm so very much upset with the delivery of the Hamper. It was a birthday present to my Son in Law. His birthday was on Monday the 13th of July and I ordered the Hamper should be delivered on that day. Sadly, the Hamper was delivered early morning on SATURDAY the 11th of July.

The picture online looked better than the actual delivery. The bag looked too small for what it contains as its overfilled with paper so doesn't look too great. Maybe a box would look more presentable.

Ordered cheese hamper for my mother-in-law's birthday, as I am not in England to deliver something to her myself. She was very happy with the hamper, and it ticked all the boxes for content - as it should as I chose it to suit her. But I did mind that it was delivered a day late, without any explanation or warning, so we incorrectly told her she would be getting something from us that day... and it didn't arrive. She doesn't live in a remote area, and it was ordered in time. When our elderly people are so isolated from normal human interaction, and she was really excited, it was disappointing. Not happy.
