Ordered cheese hamper for my mother-in-law's birthday, as I am not in England to deliver something to her myself. She was very happy with the hamper, and it ticked all the boxes for content - as it should as I chose it to suit her. But I did mind that it was delivered a day late, without any explanation or warning, so we incorrectly told her she would be getting something from us that day... and it didn't arrive. She doesn't live in a remote area, and it was ordered in time. When our elderly people are so isolated from normal human interaction, and she was really excited, it was disappointing. Not happy.
