Hamper was great. Issue was delivery driver dumped the package at the wrong location. Rather than going to the house left the parcel outside a random set of stables not linked to the property so we're lucky to receive the hamper

I've always rated the hampers but despite choosing a specific date ( and the recipient staying in) the hamper was actually delivered a day later which was disappointing

The hamper was delivered to the correct location but one day earlier than I had planned during the order process. Luckily the person was there to receive the package but not on their birthday.

I specifically chose a particular day for delivery (as offered to me by your company) as we knew the recipient would be at home that day to take in the delivery. They waited in all day, no delivery. finally turned up 24 hours later, even though it had a next day delivery sticker on it. Not impressed.

Hamper ordered early on Monday but not yet received and it's now Thursday evening, however it is Christmas!

The hampers is bought as a Christmas gift to my manager, however the hamper came in a card box not wrapped nicely which I had to wrapp it my self . Although when I purchased the hamper , it stated that the delivery is taking 2-3 working days so I bought it earlier to allow time for delivery , however it delivered next day during the weekend and my plan to give the present 4 days later so I had to find a way to keep the hamper in cool place as it contains cheese which need to be kept in the fridge.

So far, so good. A great choice of hampers with different costs and contents, delivered propmtly. I'll provide further feedback when I hear what the content is like after Christmas. That said, I used hampers.com based on both their choice of hampers and(versus, John Lewis, M&S, Fortnum & Mason) and their customer review which were good.

Hamper very nice and delivered on time. Incorrect message included with hamper though - obviously a mix-up - so this tainted the experience. However I have used hampers.com many times and this is the first problem encountered.

I have been ordering corporate hampers for the last few years and am generally pleased with the product. The only thing that lets the company down is the delivery. I placed one order for 25 hampers and it took 4 deliveries, numerous chasing up phone calls and received 5 emails for each hamper ordered. All of which made the process exhausting. For future I will collect the hampers myself.

Sadly the package was due to arrive in time for my friend to take with him to Cornwall. It was delayed by 24 hours and so he had to arrange for it to be delivered to a neighbour and now it will have to wait for the New Year when he returns home.

Arrived quickly. Even with a discount it was expensive for what you get. Doesn't fill the basket so have had to buy extra just to fill the gaps. Basket quite flimsy so will only be good for recycling. Equivalent content available separately for approximately half of the discount price. 2 other orders placed at the same time, if I had more time I would probably have cancelled.

Bought with a 20% and still expensive for what you get. Equivalent content can be purchased separately much cheaper elsewhere. Basket is flimsy, more packaging than products. Additional items will have to be purchased just to fill the basket.

Recipient happy with the content but arrived far too early. Website said two or three days from ordering, mine was delivered next day. Good service yet but too early for the recipient's Birthday so a bit disappointing overall, delivery dates need to be more accurate.

However we have an exception to the rules, where if the hamper contains cheese, scones or cream, then we dispatch this on a next day service so that the goods are not soiled. The Hamper itself was excellent; tasty scones, lovely cakes, delicious tea. Honestly my only issue was the delivery, but that was kind of a biggie; It arrived on the wrong day, and the delivery man put it over the fence (which was explicitly _not_ on the instructions) rather than pass it to one of the neighbours!

Great quality products, however the custom note was extremely lacking and didnt not even the symbols that I intended. It included an advertisement, followed by another ad upon opening the box. Kind of ruined it as a present. You should definitely not be putting ads for you site front and centre like that.
