“Yesterday I left a poor review because Hamper .com delivered a day early, but within a matter of hours the Customer care department contacted me and explained how the hamper was delivered on the wrong day they apologised and refunded the extra delivery charge. Their response was excellent and because of this I would have no hesitation in using their services in the future.”
