Great hampers a nice treat. I have ordered from here before and it was delivered quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately this time the wrong house number was on the site the courier went home instead of delivering the Hamper so this surprise gift wasn't a surprise anymore. Company offered to replace it.

So far, so good. A great choice of hampers with different costs and contents, delivered propmtly. I'll provide further feedback when I hear what the content is like after Christmas. That said, I used hampers.com based on both their choice of hampers and(versus, John Lewis, M&S, Fortnum & Mason) and their customer review which were good.

My hamper was not delivered to my brother but to an old lady some streets away. She mentioned it to her son who happened to know my brother and got in touch with him. My brother picked the parcel up but there was nothing inside to tell him who it was from. After several days I rang him and the mystery was cleared up. The contents of the hamper apparently very good, but it all spoilt the surprise element.

Both my sister and her husband were diagnosed with cancer this year. They live in Scotland and I in Australia. Instead of sending them flowers I sent one of your hampers to cheer them up and for Christmas. Well, my sister was too excited to wait until Christmas, opened the hamper and is delighted with it. Easy to order online and great products. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, was the delivery was too quick! I paid extra to be delivered on my mum's 90th birthday when she would have people with her, but it arrived two days earlier. Not a huge problem, just a bit annoying. Will definitely be ordering again though.
