It's hard being on the other side of the world to organise gifts to family in the UK. I love the convience and speed that these hampers operate and that they get to the family in good condition. Absolutely love that they tell you where the hamper is every step of the way. Will use again for 2025 Xmas. Merry Xmas everybody. May you only be surrounded with laughter and love over the Xmas season.

Excellent service, it was so straightforward choosing the ideal hampers that I needed for gifts. They were delivered very swiftly and packaged nicely. The items were of great quality and looked hand selected for their uniqueness and aesthetic. I will be using Hampers.com again

The two hampers I ordered have been well received by my daughters. The delivery for both were on time, even though there was a mix up with which I was at fault! I have used Hampers for three years. This will be the last. They delivered an important family Christmas hamper and lied that it was delivered with signature. Instead my family arrived to a pillaged box with only 4 items left in it in a hallway! I will find someone else to give my money to. Never again Hampers!

I sent this hamper to a couple who kept an eye out for my aged aunt. My aunt died but I have always tried to thank the couple with a Christmas Hamper. I have used Hampers.com a number of times and they have come up trumps with regards the selection in their hampers. The hamper has also been delivered on time and the firm have given me notification of it’s arrival.

I ordered the Christmas Port and Stilton hamper for my Mum but she has not receive the gift. I received an email stating that the parcel was delivered all ng with a photograph of the parcel placed on her doorstep. On receipt of the email, I rang my Mum to alert her to the parcel delivery which was not there. I then received an email stating that the parcel had successfully been delivered with a signature, this is untrue. My Mum and her husband were in all morning, the doorbell did not ring and no delivery signed for. We can only presume the parcel was left on the doorstep and has been stolen. Very disappointing! I will now have to go through the tedious exercise if trying to recoup my money.
