My brother and his wife were very pleased with their cream tea hamper from yourselves. This is the first time I have ordered from you I have given four stars rather than five because of the delivery from Evri. The hamper was delivered but it was left outside in the rain as my brother was out. It was not signed for as Evri told you it was - just so you know for reference.

The hamper has not been delivered to 53 Rown Croft ,it was meant to be delivered on the 15/08/2024, I rang mum up after receiving a notification email from yourselves today that it has been delivered but she has not received it๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก Can you check with the delivery driver as to where he left it,she is 90 years.

I recently attempted to send a birthday hamper to my daughter, but was unable to complete the order when I could not proceed past secure payment. As I couldn't perceive a method of contacting the company (phone, e-mail), I resorted to writing a review setting out my little problem. Allowing for a 9 hour time difference, the response was immediate. The problem was sorted in less the 36 hours, and my daughter received her hamper on time on the right day Sept.7th. Well done to all concerned, with special thanks to Steve Enevoldsen.

Contents of the hamper were good (as described on website) and packaging was smart. Delivered on time, but Evri simply dumped it on the doorstep in torrential rain. 2 hours later it was soaked through including the product inside and no longer very suitable to present as a gift.

I bought the Garden Tea Break Hamper as a gift for a hospital fundraising raffle, no booze allowed so chose this one for its all round appeal and would look good on the table. The hospital ward were delighted. It was delivered on time and in good condition.

Gorgeous hampers! I ordered 2 for my daughterโ€™s birthday and they make lovely gifts. Unfortunately one of the boxes arrived damaged due to courier error but I was sent a replacement box to transfer my items into the next day. Excellent customer service and I will definitely be buying from them again. Thank you!

My only complaint is that there was no more choice for beer hampers. The person I was buying for doesnt drink wine or champagne and the choice was very limited

Very pleased with the whole experience, even contact with the office was a positive experience. The hamper arrived on time, recipient was well pleased.
