I send a hamper about 3 times a year. I order online from Canada and it is delivered in England. It is always wonderful and a grea surprise for the recipient.

After ordering a hamper I had to change the delivery date. I cannot fault the company so accommodating and helpful. On delivery the hamper was well recieved and the contents well presented and very good quality.

I have used the service of hampers.com for birthday & x-mas gifts for a few years now, & find their pricing is competetive. I would recommend the company. Delivery always arrived on time, & I was kept up to date with the whole process from order to delivery. I have never experienced any problems. When I find a good organized company I like to stick with someone I trust

I asked hampers.com to redirect my order to another address 2 minutes after sending the order. On the website it said I had 15 minutes to change my order. When I phoned them they said they couldn’t change my order as my email wasn’t read until the next morning. Therefore they delivered the hamper to my home address. I will NEVER use this company again as their customer service is non existent

It is always our top priority to accommodate changes swiftly, and we do mention that "there may be an opportunity to amend the order up to 15 minutes after the order was placed." However, in this instance, the dispatch label was printed within two minutes as we were close to our cut-off time when you placed the order. I understand the frustration this must have caused, and I deeply apologise for any inconvenience that you experienced. I can see the customer care team gave you the option of paying the admin fee which you declined. I have personally reached out to you to discuss your experience in more detail, hoping to regain your trust and the opportunity for us to make things right for you. Once again, I am truly sorry for the disappointment caused, and I want to thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. The delivery was extremely well managed, with frequent updates on progress and from what I hear the present was very well recivied.
