“to qualify the headline tag this is a five star web based company but a 3 star delivery system. when its dpd who deliver its no problems . when its our great british postal service then i have waited up to 4 days which is unfair there is no order spend guidance given on what needs be spent to qualify for dpd delivery and not royal mail. i do wish you guys would sort this out as its the same delivery charge you take for dpd as for a 4 day royal mail. thats not right !!!”

“Despite there being no indication on the website that you were closed over Christmas / New Year, my order, placed on 27/12 was not dispatched until 2/1. I have no problem that you were closed, but please at least let us know next time.”

“Ordered 1 gallon of FinishKare 425 @ 13.30 & took delivery @ 10.45 the following morning and the product was very well packaged in a sealed bag and strong box . The staff were very helpful over the phone and confirmed my order and delivery details by email . A really excellent service . This is my second purchase of FinishKare 425 , it gives a really top class finish over Crystal Glo acrylic vehicle polish , High gloss & long lasting . A big thanks to all at CYC .”

“Products and prices where very good and hardly unbeatable. After everyone rating this web site of thought I'd put in an order. I'm just learning how to use a machine polisher and was reccomend pads and polishes to get so I went ahead an order but now the bit what needs working on took them 2 days to figure out an item was out of stock I thought fair enough we sorted and was told when it would be delivered. The delivery turned up a day later than was told and all day was trying to make contact but was not replyed or returned call so didnt know if it was gonna turn up and had to wait around all day for somthing not to turn up is highly frustrating when some could of told me no where sorry its gonna be a day later and I would of been fine now it a rush to finish car for a car show Sunday apart from that it was good”

“Got my first weekend off work in 2 months so thought I'd polish the car windscreen on Sunday. Ordered a pad, carpro Polish and glass sealant. Paid almost £6 delivery on Thursday night (next day dpd). Email came on Friday telling me to expect delivery on Monday!! I went on the site and realised Saturday delivery is almost £13!! I'd put my house on it that I could have taken the items I ordered to a local post office on Friday and sent them standard first class and they'd have arrived on Saturday and probably less than the £5.95 I paid! Maybe I'll get to use the items on my next day off...... IN OCTOBER!!!!”
