“When i placed the order, the website gave me the option of next day delivery, i dot not see any statement saying that you would not process and deliver my order over the weekend therefore, I was disappointed to see that my order was not processed until the Monday and delivered on a Tuesday! I paid for next day deliver, i could have saved money by opting for standard delivery had I know this! Disappointed.”

“Good website with lots of options however I will not be buying again from this website due to the massive costs for dilivery. When you compare other sites like amazon whereby it's free £5.00 for delivery is outrageous.”

“I ordered items from this company on Thursday evening and paid extra for next day delivery. I then get advised late on Friday the delivery will be on Monday. This is a con and constitutes obtaining extra money by false advertising. There are other sellers of these excellent products so I suggest you shop elsewhere to avoid being treated in this way”

“to qualify the headline tag this is a five star web based company but a 3 star delivery system. when its dpd who deliver its no problems . when its our great british postal service then i have waited up to 4 days which is unfair there is no order spend guidance given on what needs be spent to qualify for dpd delivery and not royal mail. i do wish you guys would sort this out as its the same delivery charge you take for dpd as for a 4 day royal mail. thats not right !!!”

“Despite there being no indication on the website that you were closed over Christmas / New Year, my order, placed on 27/12 was not dispatched until 2/1. I have no problem that you were closed, but please at least let us know next time.”

“Ordered 1 gallon of FinishKare 425 @ 13.30 & took delivery @ 10.45 the following morning and the product was very well packaged in a sealed bag and strong box . The staff were very helpful over the phone and confirmed my order and delivery details by email . A really excellent service . This is my second purchase of FinishKare 425 , it gives a really top class finish over Crystal Glo acrylic vehicle polish , High gloss & long lasting . A big thanks to all at CYC .”
