“Great products, great service, what more can you ask for. The wash and waxes I find are far superior than any other brand I have used over the years and they smell fantastic. The clarity of the shine using the butter wax I find is second to none. Great job guys!”

“I wish this message for your information and not necessarily for publication. A reason or me not trading with you more frequently is my fear of my order not arriving. I say this because our household is not always occupied during the working week days and so I elect to have my deliveries made to my wife's works address. Despite the fact that I enter the address correctly your system omits a very significant part. Royal Mail do extremely well when they deliver a parcel addressed to Mrs Jackie Tranter, Southgate Pickering etc. as opposed to Jackie Tranter, Pickering Medical Practice Southgate Pickering ETC. Why ask for company name if your system omits to print it?”

“Was very pleased with CleanYourCar, until i tried to get a part replaced which failed after a few months. 3 months later, and with wait after wait, i have had to order elsewhere. No replies to some emails and phone calls. Am now ordering many things elsewhere”

“I ordered some Air Freshener on the website one evening. On reviewing my order email I saw that I had ordered the wrong fragrance. No problem, I sent a follow- up reply asking to change the product within half an hour of the order being made. Next day I got no reply so I sent the request again. Today the order came and it had not been amended. The smell of this stuff is weird and doesn't represent any new car I've sat in. Ordering and delivery were fine. Customer response not so much. That'll teach me.”

“I've been using CYC for many years. The products on offer are of a very high quality, the information against each product is also very detailed. The website is everything you need it to me. when it comes to customer service, order accuracy and shipping times, each aspect has been flawless for me, every time. Due to the combination of great products and great service there's no reason to stop shopping here for my car detailing needs and I'd recommend them wholeheartedly.”

“I'd orders for the frist time on clean your car , my order was a bottal of carlack 68 plastic care & a bottle of dodo juice car shampoo . I've just used car lack plastic care today on the interior of my car (Vauxhall aster) it does iwhat it says on the tin as for shampoo I've not used as of yet due to the wether . How ever clean your car .co.uk products look very good, I wood order a lot more products, but I do think the They are a bit pricey especially when you have to pay postage”

“While on holiday in France, I was encouraged by my son to use the website and order products I needed. My only concern was that they'd be delivered while I was still abroad. I emailed the Company and Tim responded by saying I should add a note in the comments box on the order form and he would fix it. As a first time user, I wasn't aware there was a Comments box. I stipulated that the order should not arrive before the 10th May. Today is the 10th, I'm back in UK and the box is scheduled to arrive today. Great service, I'll certainly be ordering more products. “When i placed the order, the website gave me the option of next day delivery, i dot not see any statement saying that you would not process and deliver my order over the weekend therefore, I was disappointed to see that my order was not processed until the Monday and delivered on a Tuesday! I paid for next day deliver, i could have saved money by opting for standard delivery had I know this! Disappointed.”

“Good website with lots of options however I will not be buying again from this website due to the massive costs for dilivery. When you compare other sites like amazon whereby it's free £5.00 for delivery is outrageous.”

“I ordered items from this company on Thursday evening and paid extra for next day delivery. I then get advised late on Friday the delivery will be on Monday. This is a con and constitutes obtaining extra money by false advertising. There are other sellers of these excellent products so I suggest you shop elsewhere to avoid being treated in this way”
