“My first order with CYC, excellent service and delivery, everything came very well packed. I had one item missing, however a brief phone call and it was immediately on its way. The hand written note is a lovely personal touch that not many companies would take the time to do. First class customer service, great products at great prices - what more could you ask for? “Big thanks to cleanyour car.co.uk Products were delivered on the next day even though I didn't request it! The parcel arrived with all of its contents securely packaged in bubble wrap and packing media. All the products were as described and at a market betting price. “Having ordered items that were in stock I was expecting speedy delivery. After a few days when nothing had arrived I called to what was happening with my order - for some reason it hadn't been processed! At this stage I suppose I could have left negative feedback but I work on the basis that it's not about the problem but how you correct the problem. The guy I spoke to was apologetic and helpful. He said he would find out what had gone wrong and he would call me back. He did - it was a simple error but he had corrected it and my order would be with me the next day. From that moment the tracking through the carrier, DPD, was excellent and the package arrived as expected in the pre-notified 1 hour window. Everything had been carefully packed in a sturdy new box. So, a shaky start but a good recovery and, from ordering, my products were with me in 5 days. I will definitely order again. Thanks”

“Excellent service Placed order wed 9.30am received an E-mail confirmation, another Email stating delivery would be the very next day, DPD emailed the hr delivery slot, signed for delivery Thurs 9.15 am couldn't be simpler. Waiting to try products.:)”

“I've bought from CYC for a few years now, but actually spoke to them this week for the first time to get some advice on product selection. Not only brilliant service as usual, but received sound, unhurried, and most importantly honest advice. Just sold me what was needed and did not take advantage of my confusion to sell me products that were unnecessary. Don't even think of going elsewhere - use CYC.”

“After several email, all answered quickly, regarding pad selection, I purchased a DAS-6 pro and pads and some other accessories. These were ordered Monday eveming and delivered Wednesday afternoon. Great service, I shall be using Clean Your Car again and would recommend them highly.”

Very efficient and straight forward Internt Purchasing Experience / process - great communication between purchaser and supplier (think I am now on., personally my sixth purchase or small order(s) - on a personal front.,. quite late on in my life (big B/day next year) to discover this side of Car Care - thoroughly enjoying it though - as the materials / supplies / purchase(s) made so far.,. produce a Vast Superior Result(s) which will always give the individual a lot more satisfaction - Credit Where Credit Is Due Folks - I would highly recommend C.Y.C.”
