While on holiday in France, I was encouraged by my son to use the website and order products I needed. My only concern was that they'd be delivered while I was still abroad. I emailed the Company and Tim responded by saying I should add a note in the comments box on the order form and he would fix it. As a first time user, I wasn't aware there was a Comments box. I stipulated that the order should not arrive before the 10th May. Today is the 10th, I'm back in UK and the box is scheduled to arrive today. Great service, I'll certainly be ordering more products.
