“All went very well with our order. The two delivery men are pleasant, polite and clean workers, taking great care to cover our new carpets with clean sheets, the same with our delivery products. The fitter as always is meticulous in his work, extremely trustworthy and a very nice person in general”

“Practical support from the assistant when we were choosing sofas. They arrived early and Claytons coordinated the delivery of the suite with the fitting of the carpet at short notice. Fitters of both the carpet and the sofas were professional, efficient and friendly. Thank You”

“Great customer service from a helpful, polite salesman. Excellent price for carpet and fitting. The carpet was fitted quickly and efficiently, all rubbish and carpet cut offs taken away with the room left tidily - just needed to be hoovered. I had originally paid to have the existing carpet lifted and disposed of, however I didn’t need this service and was very quickly refunded without quibble. I have used Clayton’s Carpets numerous times over the years and have never been disappointed with their service.”

“Many thanks to Glynis for her help with our order, paperwork arrived this morning, there are 2 errors in the address, the correct postcode is DL12 0QG and we are in Teesdale not teeside, but that doesn't mater for the moment, but it will when delivery occurs. Thank you for the 5" distance info I can now look for a new hover which will go under the sofa's. Hopefully the 21 weeks will fly in as I can't wait to be snug as a bug on our new sofa's. “Over the last year we have ordered beds and sofas. Our last purchase was 2 sofas, we ordered these through Glynis in the sofa department who spent quite a bit of time with us and advised us on the coordinating cushions. Glynis went out of her way was so helpf and extremely friendly through the purchase. Thank you Glynis you are a star and the sofas look fantastic 💕”

“We made two visits to Claytons this week with the hope of purchasing a three-piece suite. The vast array on offer were inspected carefully and eventually a choice was made and purchased. Staff member Glynis Clipson provided helpful guidance. She was most knowledgeable and careful to tune into our thinking, so helping us in our selection. We loved the light and airy showroom and were given freedom to test all the items on display for their comfort. We recently purchased a new bathroom carpet from this firm and are happy that we chose them for the furniture for our sitting room.”

“What incredible service we received from Claytons but, in particular from Glynis We needed a dual motor recliner for immediate delivery and Claytons was the only company that was able to offer us that. Glynis was kind, understanding and totally efficient. Having been able to try out the chair and then bought it late Tuesday afternoon, she arranged first delivery Wednesday and it was delivered and installed by 9.30 am. A massive thank you to Glynis for making it happen, the chair is beautifully comfortable and exactly what we needed, so much appreciated. Many thanks AES”
