“Really pleased with the carpet but so impressed with timing of fitting service. We were told when we bought the carpet that we were the second job on the list for that day, however no fitters at 12.30 so had to ring to find out where they were, told they were at the chip shop and would be there in 20 mins they turned up at 3 pm, what a long 20 mins !!!! Ended up having to take full day off work when we were lead to believe it would only be a morning job, full day wasted.”
