I still have not received my order WEB54554 purchased on 16th December I have had an e-mail to say that it has been delayed due to a problem in my area - what this is I have no idea, all other deliveries have managed to get through. It was supposed to be a Christmas present which obviously will not arrive in time now. I e-mailed you and have had no response to that either. Not impressed

Ordered a Christmas shirt in large, was delivered a grey shirt in 4XL. Will be sending it back for a refund, pity as I have 5 other CL shirts and they are excellent quality. First time I've bought online so won't be doing that again.

Item not as pictures. Expensive delivery and am now expected to pay costs for return of something I feel was misrepresented. Avoid buying online.

Total fiasco First they sent the wrong shirt , and said on the phone it was “human error “ and that to post it back and they would send the correct one ? Why not send the right one immediately? I told them because of the delay in receiving the new shirt , it would have to be sent to a different address, told them of the new address on the phone, by email and in a letter enclosed with the returned shirt , but they have sent the replacement to my old address an hours drive away , there was no one there to receive it . So now I’ve no shirt , no refund of postage , and no reply from last email. What rubbish service.

I’ve quite a few of your shirts now and always receive a lot of nice comments when I’m out. However I was very disappointed with the quality of one of my shirts that I purchased from yourselves. I have marks in the material

I was told my shirt would be next day delivery.it is now 6 days after the supposed delivery date and still not received the order. I feel Customer services at claudio have not really helped in resolving this issue.

I only ordered a gift voucher which wasn't delivered via email, I've sent emails without any response and now raised the issue with Paypal so that I hopefully get some reply. Not impressed!

After placing the order and paying for shipment, DPL sent me an email about additional custom charges. For my order of 65 eur I paid an additional 15 eur from which 5 eur is broker fee. This was not clearly communicated during check out and it is super disappointing having to pay 50% broker fee.

Huge problems with the website. The kapcha ( for the log in) system doesn't work and can not be avoid. Which was absolutely unnecessary and drives me mad. Wasted hours to log in and purchase

I've had a couple of Claudio Lugli shirts in the past and the quality is really great ,so for a family Christening I purchased a plain Pink Houndstooth insert Shirt and as usual the quality was great but it was too small so i decided to purchase a larger one and as time was limited I paid for my new Shirt £90.00 plus delivery £6.00 and returned my first shirt for a refund,Im not sure why I received a refund of £87.00 not the full £90.00 but £3.00 has cost Claudio Lugli a bad review and a CUSTOMER...I won't be buying from them again!!

Ordered 2 shirts , one was correct the other was wrong , had to return it at my own expense. The correct shirt finally arrived but I didn’t even get an apology let alone the postage reimbursed.
