“Great product (am a repeat customer), the the cost-benefit metrics of their international delivery service need an overhall. I'm paying DHL delivery rates for delivery to Australia, but it's being send by a premium postal service that takes 12-14 days (DHL get things down here in 4 days - door-to-door). Responses to emails were generally 18-30 hours (perhaps English not their first language?).”

“Shirts are amazing 5star but I ordered a suit from them and told the gentleman on the phone what I needed. He assured me that they had it and it would be right. Yes suit arrived on time but jacket 1 size to small and as for trousers they were 4 sizes too small as I could just about get my let’s in them and I asked for uk 38 they came uk 30. So having to send back. Most stuff I buy is fantastic so 4/5 on this sorry.”

“Absolutely love all the shirts I have so much so I’ve chosen to wear Claudio for my wedding suit. Shirts a fantastic and always wash and iron amazingly. The only issue for me is there is so much I want and I can’t have it all, or can I!”

“I've just bought a beautiful wool jacket and I'm really pleased with it. The fit is perfect and the burgundy check colour is lovely and it is great quality. I actually ordered the wrong jacket but I'm really pleased that I did because I think this is the best choice!”

“Superb quality and design. After mistakenly ordering a size that was 'too snug', a short visit to their warehouse was called for, and they could not be more helpful... all 3 shirts swapped for the next size up... Very happy!”
