Ordered another mystery suite which i had ordered previously, there had been a problem with sizing but the Company graciously exchange the suite and sent me a perfectly sized gorgeous suite. This time I was sent a plain black funeral suite, the jacket is fine but the trousers are about 3 times too big!!!! I did try to send my sizes but was confident the correct size would come. Sadly this hasn't happened and no idea how they can get a size so wrong. I will shy away from these in future as I was expecting an interesting or unusual suite not a plain black cheap suite I could have got from George at Asda so a little bit miffed off. Definitely not the standard I was expecting from Claudio!!!!! Buyer beware......

Beautiful shirts we love the design and fit - but of 3 shirts ordered one was sent in the wrong size which was disappointing

The quality of the shirts are excellent... Sadly the courier company did not deliver to the address or carry out the instructions I'd given on their web site options. I live in a difficult road for vehicles but I do not believe the driver came to the house. Had to pick up from local shop which did not help me

I ordered a shirt and it said next day delivery.but didn't come til day after was not pleased to have to pay £8 when it was late as I was going to a function

The jackets are excellent. The patterns beautiful and quirky. However, the one area that needs more quality control are the pocket linings that often come with holes that shouldn't be there or materialise quickly after purchase.

Great shirts,but they added an extra 8% cost to my order,as I buy from Ireland (excl. Vat,which must be paid in Ireland). Premium product,premium pricing I'm ok with. However, I found customer service to be poor,where I would expect it to also be premium. If you actually buy from a store you would likely avoid the issues I have had. Aside from that, I love the shirts,but was really disappointed with the deceptive pricing and poor customer service. My last purchase was quite a while ago,so I'm not sure why I got a mail asking me to do a review.

Excellent service from Nad. 5 star 🌟 although extremely disappointed that a returns label 🏷 is not supplied & worst to come a £ 12 pound odd 2nd class return delivery Bill which I think is rather poor for high end tailoring, when example Joe Brown that I use a lot do not charge for returns & supply a returns label

Great shirts and some wonderful designs. I won't purchase directly with Claudio Lugli as their prices are too expensive, can get the same products on other retailer's websites for much cheaper and even free postage.

Also, it says there was a free pair of printed underwear and normal underwear with my order, but when I searched to add the printed underwear, they were not available. I would appreciate your feedback/solutions for these queries - thanks. I put a request in but no response at all so have added it to this email/review. I love the shirts and have a great many now, mainly bought in store but recently online. It's, easy I just pick up an XL and I don't need to try on. This latest one is definitely not an XL, its an L and visibly smaller than all the others even though it says XL on the label. I had to keep it as it was ordered for my holiday and I wanted to wear it so just kept it, dissapointed.

Great shirts, poor customer service. My last two orders arrived on time - unlike previous orders - and delivered three great shirts. Five Star. However, the shoes I bought six months ago have faded and been a complete disappointment. They have ignored my email asking about them. (And no option available for 'ignored" below. They've also raised their 'lucky dip' from £40 to £50, so they're no longer worth the risk. Such a pity, as their shirts are so good.

The issue for me is that the company have a very limited despatch system which makes orders more expensive for customers - for example with Highland addresses. Lighter/single and double shirts for example are cheaper to send by Royal Mail - tracked and so secure. They also arrive much mre quickly. Using Royal Mail would also address the greater expense for customers with Highland and Islans addresses. The current system is a rip off for customers. Deliveries of a variety of goods and services do not need to be more expensive. For example, in the last three daysI travelled from Wick to North Wales - a distance of 500+ miles (1000+ return journey. The cheapest diesel and unleaded fuel is in Wick (tesco and an independent retailer including North Wales itself, Manchester, Glasgow and Perth. I appreciate it is not a straightforward as everything goes by the courier but you approach doubles the despatch costs and certainly for me this reduces my custom and erased with this order the discount.

Recently had to send a shirt back because the collar didn't sit right, which happens I know but I did scoff at the £8 delivery charge and the £3.17 to return

Whilst the shirts appear to be ok. All the packaging was wet and there was a good inch of water in the bag they were delivered in. This has meant they are not usable as a Xmas present. Having contacted Claudio Llugli via email I have had no response.

Love these shirts but, for the second time, I had to return a faulty shirt and I had to pay for the return postage. I accept that ordering the wrong size or not liking the choice would mean that I pay postage but damaged/faulty goods! That is not my fault but I have to suffer the cost. Not good enough in my book. But I do love the shirts.

Shirts arrived in a timely fashion. They appear to be good quality and are of a nice design BUT the men's sizes are on the small side so we are having to return them and the consumer has to pay the return postage, which is rare in this day and age and frankly rude!
