Great shirts, poor customer service. My last two orders arrived on time - unlike previous orders - and delivered three great shirts. Five Star. However, the shoes I bought six months ago have faded and been a complete disappointment. They have ignored my email asking about them. (And no option available for 'ignored" below. They've also raised their 'lucky dip' from £40 to £50, so they're no longer worth the risk. Such a pity, as their shirts are so good.

The issue for me is that the company have a very limited despatch system which makes orders more expensive for customers - for example with Highland addresses. Lighter/single and double shirts for example are cheaper to send by Royal Mail - tracked and so secure. They also arrive much mre quickly. Using Royal Mail would also address the greater expense for customers with Highland and Islans addresses. The current system is a rip off for customers. Deliveries of a variety of goods and services do not need to be more expensive. For example, in the last three daysI travelled from Wick to North Wales - a distance of 500+ miles (1000+ return journey. The cheapest diesel and unleaded fuel is in Wick (tesco and an independent retailer including North Wales itself, Manchester, Glasgow and Perth. I appreciate it is not a straightforward as everything goes by the courier but you approach doubles the despatch costs and certainly for me this reduces my custom and erased with this order the discount.

Recently had to send a shirt back because the collar didn't sit right, which happens I know but I did scoff at the £8 delivery charge and the £3.17 to return

Whilst the shirts appear to be ok. All the packaging was wet and there was a good inch of water in the bag they were delivered in. This has meant they are not usable as a Xmas present. Having contacted Claudio Llugli via email I have had no response.

Love these shirts but, for the second time, I had to return a faulty shirt and I had to pay for the return postage. I accept that ordering the wrong size or not liking the choice would mean that I pay postage but damaged/faulty goods! That is not my fault but I have to suffer the cost. Not good enough in my book. But I do love the shirts.

Shirts arrived in a timely fashion. They appear to be good quality and are of a nice design BUT the men's sizes are on the small side so we are having to return them and the consumer has to pay the return postage, which is rare in this day and age and frankly rude!

Having previously - 2 years ago - purchased 2 shirts, I this time ordered 3 more exactly the same size. They came out smaller than the ones that I had previously. I then ordered an XXL and they were too big. I spoke to customer service person and was told that I had to allow for a certain amount of difference. He told me best to send everything back! No offer of paying for return postage or even a hint of an apology. For a premium brand I would have expected a little more. It reminds me of a quote from a rather famous film, Pretty Woman, "big mistake, huge". The jacket that I received, the lapels were folded down so far that they covered the buttons and you couldn't do it up without the lapels deforming. I would have expected some quality control. This should not have been sent out. I love the brand, but on this occasion, I have been disappointed.

Arrived nice and quick, a great shirt lovely detail however, sizing is soooooo off, around 2 sizes smaller than what it should be

The shirt was beautifully made but it was massively undersized. I normally order a 3XL but I placed an order for a 4XL shirt which was way too tight, I think I needed a 6XL. As I had to pay over £7 to return the shirt on top of the £6-7 delivery fee to get the shirt I was not in a hurry to order the larger size to see if it fitted. The shirts are expensive so why not have free returns? I would have been happy to try the larger size if this was done. I was hoping to order many more shirts as I love their designs but this has put me off buying Claudio Lugli.

Shirts have always been great, it's the only reason i buy from here. Over the years I feel the quality of art standards has dropped. In terms of service, nothing really shouts out to say that Claudio Lugli makes you feel appreciated as a customer. For example no follow-up customer emails and zero boxing experience on delivery. Lackluster appreciation of the customer, so in today's standards i'd describe as needs improvement!

Disappointing Customer Service 🙁 I’ve been buying Claudio Lugli shirts myself and have received many as birthday presents since 2015 when I saw the stand at Silverstone. Love the designs, quality and speed of delivery. What I love about the shirts is they always get commented on when I’m out and about. However, a recent order that I received in Jan 23 was the first one I’ve had an issue with. I always wash at 30 degrees as instructed and leave on a hangar to dry. On ironing and putting the shirt on I noticed that I’d either put a lot of weight on or the shirt had shrunk considerably, making it unwearable. I tried on another Lugli and I was pleased it wasn’t me it had shrunk. I reached out to customer services with a nice polite email saying how much I liked the product but I was disappointed. I was hoping for a positive response but I received a very impersonal reply ( apart from Hi Nick ) Basically it was a how to wash guide. I felt very disappointed at the attitude of the customer service department. As a business owner myself I know that response like that would annoy my customers. In the last 10 years I’ve had an issue with 1 other well known shirt manufacturer and the customer service was a world apart ! Like I said I love the brand and I’ve reordered again as I loved the shirt but unfortunately I only wore it once ! Hopefully it was a one off snd it doesn’t happen again. Regards Nick

Always enjoy buying these products, incredibly disappointed this time with the delivery that has still not arrived despite being promised in time for Christmas - cost me additional presents that I had to go out and get to account for Claudio Luglis inefficiencies

The shirt was very good quality and looked good. However the size guide was very inaccurate. I am 45" chest. I ordered XL, 45"-47". The shirt I received failed to meet at the front to allow me to fasten the buttons by some 4 or 5 inches. I would guess it was 40" chest at best. They have refunded the purchase price promptly. This means that I am £13.50 out of pocket. The original £8 delivery charge and the £5.50 I had to pay to return it. I have no confidence in Claudio Lugli being able to provide a shirt that fits which is a shame because I love some of their designs.

I HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT COST OF DELIVERY BUT THE LAST 2 ORDERS DIDNT COME ON TIME SO I BELEAVE THAT I SHOULD BE REFUNDED DELIVERY

Claudio Lugli use to produce bold and inspirational prints for their shirts, both long and short-sleeved. I remember one print they did of Michelangelo's painting of the Sistine Chapel ceiling, amongst many. Unfortunately, they have rather moved away from those types of prints and increasingly use rather boring and repetitive designs

Two shirts arrived within 24 hours which is fantastic. Both shirts were supposedly the same size, BUT, it was obvious with the naked eye that the black shirt was far smaller than the white one (XL) AND the collar was badly marked. Not what I expect from a 390 shirt! I always order at least on size larger from CL as all their stuff comes up smaller than you think. Do you use tiny people as your models?

Really prompt delivery but totally the wrong shirt! No contact from supplier or apology. Bought shirt for an event at the weekend but unfortunately it wasn’t to be.
