“Paid 8 days ago including additional for next day delivery for a birthday present. Shirt still hasn’t arrived, no information or update has been provided, no response or any acknowledgement to emails sent. Have tried calling but not managed to get hold of anyone so far. Very poor delivery and customer service. Extremely disappointing - online sales shouldn’t be this difficult.”

“I have purchased several women shirts from Claudio Lugli, however the last four shirts that i purchase in this order, the qualify is very poor, the material is cheap and they dont wash well. Very disappointed. not value for money at all.”

“Zero customer service skills, don't reply to emails. Product ordered didn't get delivered. False promises made on the telephone when ringing to make a genuine complaint and finally blocked on Twitter lol!!!”

“Claudio Lugli is perfect brand. I really love it. Unfortunately the service of online shop is so bad. I've waited my last parcel 6(!) months. The courier was confused the models, sizes, colours. I was so disapoined and stopped to order.”

Hi Irina, we are sorry to hear this and we would love the opportunity to make this right. We have launched a new site as of may and are using DPD for all of our International shipments.
