The product is fine. I gave a 2 star as it arrived with Claudio Lugli written all over the packaging- bang goes my husband's Christmas surprise present as he saw it! I've made a complaint but not heard back as yet!

still havent got the item due to the delivery driver leaving it elsewhere ,this is the second time we have had issues with their delivery provider

I was disappointed when I ordered a lot of shirts from you recently When I was ordering each shirt I noticed a caption came up saying I qualified for a free gift (pair of shorts) then as I ordered more shirts I was offered another free gift I put them in my basket but when I came to pay I had to pay for everything even the free gifts which I find bad

Love the print but to small all my other shirts are 2xl but this one not fit I'm not one for sending stuff back just disappointed that can't get 3xl it is what it is pay my money take a chance

I ordered two shirts when they arrived I found that one of the shirts was not the one I ordered. I didn't want the hassle of returning the shirt and I will wear it BUT it's not what I ordered. I am thinking of reordering the shirt I wanted but don't feel confident considering this was my first time ordering from you, disappointed!

Terrible customer 'service'. They promised 10% off my first order, failed to deduct it, then ignored my emails on the subject. Once they have your money they don't care.

It’s very expensive to send items back also many of the largest sizes not available so might look at other suppliers

Paid for Saturday delivery and it turned up Thursday when I wasn't home. The pattern on the shirt is poor as a lot of the pheasants seem to have no tails , surely for the money that should have been checked. Also very small for a xxl. Unfortunately I don't have time to return it as the special function is too near , I will just have to wear a waistcoat to cover it's short comings.

The quality of the shirt is great but I have issues with the after-sales I bought my shirt thinking it would be delivered before I went away it was not when. I rang the office to find out why I was told the shirt was not in the UK until the following week so I arranged for the shirt to be delivered when i returned. Whilst I was away i received an e-mail from DPD stating they would deliver my shirt on the 20th of July(whilst I was still away)so I had to re-arrange the delivery time etc so I would receive my shirt when I returned to the UK. After arranging with the sales office to have my delivery put on hold until I returned the message did not get passed on

Paid for Saturday delivery but delivered on Monday. Item had marks on it and I sent photos have had no response. You only refunded the difference in postage between standard and next day but the item was needed for Sat. I Expected a full Trevino of postage!

I ordered three shirts online. The quality of fabric is very good and lovely designs. However when I washed one of the shirts at 30 degrees the red from the shirt sleeve coloured the white cuff. Have tried washing again but no difference. I have emailed twice with photos included but have had no response This is poor customer service

Not great. Delivery was quick but shirt just turned up in a plastic delivery bag. The shirt fit was great, very clingy, so have returned. You have to pay for and arrange returns yourself. All I'm all not a great experience for a shirt that cost £90

Unfortunately I'm disappointed with my shirt. I've sent an email about my concerns but no response so far a week later. For a quality shirt that you advertise the pattern was not matched at any seem or at the front and it looks cheap because of this. I'll be returning it and asking for a full refund.

I ordered three shirts and had been looking forward to wearing them, however, when ordering them, I was told that CL does not deliver to Northern Ireland anymore. Very poor service, very amateur, very small minded. I had to have the shirts delivered to my son in Edinburgh and now delivery to me has been delayed. Are the shirts worth the hassle? Good question ..... answer to follow.
