“Was sent incorrect size to what I ordered. Sĥirt went through several forms of transport and delivery firms before I actually received it. I had emails to say that the shirt had been delivered to my door although it had never arrived. I also had to send the shirt back at my own cost, which was your mistake and I find that wrong. I am now apprehensive about buying anymore shirts online from you. I have always previously expressed how good your service had been to my friends and colleagues who have in turn shopped for your garments.”

“Loved the polo shirts but had to return far too small 3xl would have needed a 5xl but unfortunately there is no 5xl made. Quality was excellent.”

“The designs are brilliant and the shirts are beautifully well made. Having ordered a 6XL shirt I found it was too small where a 3XL shirt fits me when I wear a different make. If the sizes were more accurate I would be buying more shirts. Sadly I ended up returning the shirt as none of the sixes fit me.”

“Nice shirts but shrink massively even washed exactly as instructed at low temperature and naturally dried. I now have 3 expensive shirts I can’t wear. I don’t have this problem with other brands.”

“I assume I have been sent this review link for this order 53935 - I have always for years ordered large long sleeve shirts. These large shirts were smaller in length, actually signifcantly shorter, the cut and room through armpits and shoulders tighter. Overall very disappointed. I would not recommend these styled shirts I bought or orderthem again. Overall the shirts are not that comfortable - so a very expensive order and a disappointed buyer. Cino - when will you be stocking a 33*32R with petrol, navy, mustard etc the current waist increments of 32 is to small and 34 to large. I have 33*32R but have not seen them for years in stock I never ordered pheasant shirts”

“Hello, I ordered a bumble bee shirt for my father in law who is a massive fan of the shirts but unfortunately one with keys was delivered. He lives in the US so I do not see him often and won't be able to return it on time. The quality of the shirt is good it is just the wrong one.”

“Great product but size was small so I returned the item, ordered and paid for another. However, I have had neither a refund for the returned item nor any word of whether a refund will be paid. The replacement is of good quality and I love the fabric”

“The product is fine. I gave a 2 star as it arrived with Claudio Lugli written all over the packaging- bang goes my husband's Christmas surprise present as he saw it! I've made a complaint but not heard back as yet!”

“I was disappointed when I ordered a lot of shirts from you recently When I was ordering each shirt I noticed a caption came up saying I qualified for a free gift (pair of shorts) then as I ordered more shirts I was offered another free gift I put them in my basket but when I came to pay I had to pay for everything even the free gifts which I find bad”

“I ordered two shirts when they arrived I found that one of the shirts was not the one I ordered. I didn't want the hassle of returning the shirt and I will wear it BUT it's not what I ordered. I am thinking of reordering the shirt I wanted but don't feel confident considering this was my first time ordering from you, disappointed!”
