“Haven’t seen it yet, was it despatched to me in France?”

“Order taken and the money online. Confirmation of order received and notification of despatch. Advised delivery would take 4-7 days. After 14 days I rang for an update ~ told the sales advisor was busy but would call back. No call back just an email to say the part was now out of stock and a refund would be made in time. Appalling service!”

“This company is a complete waste of time. Ordered parts on 12th April, estimated delivery 14th to 16th, did not get shipping confirmation as promised on email. Tried to contact them by phone on the 16th, not in, send an email. Got a reply, both items shipped in separate packages. Delay must be fault of Royal Mail!! One package arrived, after further 3 days chased by phone and just got a remote answering service that could not help, could only pass on a message! Now 6 days over the estimated delivery time. Eventually got a call back to say second package had not even been sent!!! So was not told the truth before. Now it was the fault of the warehouse, which I assume was Wassel? So it seems like they are prepared to try and lay the blame on anyone they can and are not prepared to accept any blame themselves. Have since ordered the parts from another supplier and they have been received. Worst service of any organisation I have ever dealt with, will never use again.”

“For overseas customers note that at the last stage of ordering 20% will get added to the shipping cost, I queried this ahead of ordering and was told I would get a refund of the 20% (only 10 bucks) but then the company changed its mind so that refund didn’t happen, the reason given was frankly pathetic, the goods took 5 days to be shipped and as there was no tracking info given I have my fingers crossed they will arrive in NZ. I won't use this company again, there are plenty others selling the same stuff.”

This review isn’t correct. We don’t add 20% to the shipping and all costs are clear before purchasing. We have already discounted the postage amount and it actually costs more than the customer has paid to ship to NZ.

“Part ordered when received looked like a child played with it. Scratched, gouges, pits, and something that looks like chrome peeling off around the hole for shift lever shaft opening. Not happy at all, guess I'll by another from a reputable dealer in the States. Supposedly a L.F. Harris product, looks Taiwan to me.”
