“I ordered some bulbs and an indicator flasher unit on the Friday morning (7am) they arrived 8am Saturday morning. They have virtually every possible part (for the classic bike) you could ever need. I will defo' be using them again!”

“Yes always quick delivery.i donet like the minimum payment of 10 pounds idea though ,as you are probably on occasions forced to buy parts that maybe you don't necessarily need, that some other customer maybe need respectfully Peter”

“I ordered and paid for a pair of tyres , orders over £250.00 free p&p ,,, I had to email them and point out that I had been overcharged , I got a refund , then a week after the tyres should have been delivered I phoned them and was told that the tyres I had ordered and paid for were not available , very poor service , after a half an hour the guy phoned me back and offered me an alternative pair of tyres ,, great I thought , The tyres were sent to the billing address not the delivery address ,,, Over all , the whole experience was at best disappointing ,,,”

“Very pleased with the seat quality and quick delivery. Unfortunately it was the wrong era so had to be returned and refunded. Communication was excellent and the return and refund quickly executed. Good service.”

In this particular case the problem has been caused by the delivery service and in particular the issues of shipping to Ireland. We apologise if the delivery took longer than expected. Although we try to keep most of the items that we sell in stock occasionally we have to rely on delivery from our suppliers and in this case there was a hold up before the goods arrived with us.
