“I ordered parts for my Triumph TR6 costing £47.59 inc. VAT & delivery to be delivered to my home in Spain. They arrived within 2 weeks but I had to pay an additional charge of €16.80, presumably for EU import duty and/or VAT. So I think I have paid VAT twice, once in the UK and once in the EU. Sadly, the chaincase gasket I ordered arrived damaged.”

“The website is very good, the products are of very good quality and communication is perfect! Also the prices are ok. Only the taxes I have to pay in Belgium before it will be delivered are very high. 50% of the total amount is much to high. That's because other people and I always hesitate to by in the UK.
