“The service is good however the part they supplied was not. It was a bsa Bantam kickstart shaft. I would say probably made in India, the internal dimensions were too small to fit the gear change rod through, the bearing surface that slides into the engine case is approx 20 thou too big. However this is the 3rd shaft I have bought from different suppliers and it was the closest yet. I am lucky that I have the nessesary kit to bore through the center and grind down the oversize bearing surface.”

Thank you for leaving a review. As I am sure you know we take customer service and product quality very seriously so we were particularly disappointed by your comments which we don't think are correct. The item that you ordered is a transfer not a 'sticker' . It is not "flimsy and impossible to use" and is the correct item. You may not be familiar with warm water transfers so I have provided the instructions below: To use warm water transfers, first prepare the surface by cleaning it and leaving a film of moisture on it. Submerge the decal in warm water until the film separates from the backing, and then carefully slide the decal onto the pre-moistened surface. Use a tool like a Q-tip or squeegee to adjust the position and remove excess water and air bubbles before gently pressing it down and letting it dry. I hope that this helps. Perhaps once you have correctly applied the transfer you could remove your negative review.

“I did discuss on the phone before I made the purchase. I was looking for a silencer that reduced the sound and was assured that the one I bought would do that. However, it doesn't change the volume at all. It is basically a straight through pipe with a little muffler material. I am a bit dissatisfied, to be honest.”
