“Only booked so far, so most of the experience is yet to come, but the booking process and website is seamless - I had some questions so gave them a call........had to leave a message as I'd just missed office hours, within 5 mins had a call back from someone who dealt with every point comprehensively, was extremely knowledgable, and was very happy to take the time to deal with concerns. If we do have problems during the actual hire itself (in South Africa).........I definitely have a confidence about being able to reach out for help in a way that in previous hire situations, I have never had. Looking forward to the trip now!!”

“Fantastic personal service, Clarify really look after you. Last year, we had a flight cancellation and ended up flying to an airport in a different country and they changed the car hire straight away. I was amazed when I contacted them this year, that they remembered!”

John, We will be working with you to get this resolved. This is clearly a very unfortunate experience and very very rare - but issues do very occasionally occur. When they do we move heaven and earth to fix them, as soon as we know about them. I am sorry we did not get the opportunity to fix this on the day as we were not aware of your situation. Now we are we will be chasing a response from the rental firm for you.

“I'm pretty sure I found you via Martin Lewis' website some years ago, and chose you for the reliability and security of the services which you recommend/provide. This means a lot to me, and is obviously very important! I have now used Clarify on several occasions, usually booking using the information on your website, but I have also taken your very helpful advice on the telephone, and found your experience and knowledge to be reliable and honest.
