“Used Clarify for a very last minute hire car booking from Knock Airport after having to cancel a previous booking through Ryanair due to unclear terms on credit card requirements at pick-up. Clarify enables you to search for providers which allow debit card payment (useful if you don’t have a credit card!). Booking was extremely easy and all of the information and my hire car voucher were emailed to me immediately after booking. My car pick-up with Budget was also very easy. Very pleased with this experience and will use Clarify and Budget again!”

“Used them a few years ago and thought they were good, so decided to use them again. Sally from customer services was great and helped me decide which vehicle was required. The booking was so easy and price for gold package was great. All documentation arrived within minutes. Great service and could not recommend them more highly”

Thanks for letting us know you had an issue in cancelling your car hire - it would be great to understand what made it tricky as we have not had that feedback previously and we would love to address it. I can see that you have cancelled your hire online using the instructions on the booking voucher. This meant having logged into your booking (thus preventing the chance of someone other than the person who booked the car cancelling it). You can also cancel by emailing or calling us ( and then we can do it for you once we have verified you). If you can think of a better way we can do this safely we would love to consider it and would really appreciate your help.

“Hired vehicles home and abroad, Clarify make it seamless from start to finish also without having to pay sky high deposits. Vehcles have always been in excellent conditon, new, therefore economical to drive.”

“Excellent site for finding a good deal for car hire. I got a great deal and no hidden extras just good honest offers. I found this site after visiting moneymaxim.co.uk for excess insurance on hire cars - get excess insurance for a lot less than the car hire companies.”

“Clarify are amazing. We have used Clarify Car Hire several times over the last few years, and the experience of selecting, booking, collecting and returning a car has always been easy and frictionless. However, the true test of a company is how things are handled when things go wrong. We recently missed our outbound flight, and cancelling the planned vehicle hire was quick and painless. Our plea for support was answered promptly, sympathetically and efficiently. Booking an alternative hire, once we had re-arranged our flight was just as easy and trouble-free as ever.
