“I have only booked the car online at this point but my experience of this has been good. The website was easy to navigate and you get lots of cudos for removing the companies who do not accept debit card payments very well done Clarify. Also you appear to have a transparent policy which was, sadly, not my experience using other car hire companies so thank you for that too.”

“The website is easy to use. The prices are competitive and include various insurances with zero excess. The 'small print' is readily available and easy to understand. The opportunity to pay a small deposit to make the reservation is good as is the possibility to keep the website open with the details of the booking location, dates and times etc. so that the search can be run each day to monitor the price changes to get the best deal. The contact I have had with the company was a good experience with Mark being very well informed, helpful and friendly.”

“Never have I actually asked to give a review but I need to tell everyone how fantastic Mark has been in helping us sort out a car. Nothing has been too much trouble and every question has answered with speed, patience and clarity. We can't thank you enough and will highly recommend you to our friends and family. Thank goodness that there are still people and companies like this in the world!!”

“Excellent advice and service from Clarify , advising initially on insurance for our car hire, then sorting car hire when another company let me down when I had to change my arrangements. Reassured me that the car hire company would be there for our late arrival . Plane was late so was worried but European were at the desk at midnight All smooth no pressure on insurance . Advised we had our own , accepted . Excellent car and straightforward on return. A gentleman checked the vehicle , signed off within 5 minutes. Would definitely use them again . Thank you to all concerned”

“Always tip top services from Clarify - no matter how small the query they always are happy to help out. Ive used them several times now and will continue to do so whenever I need a hire card either in the UK or in Europe. If prices are a problem they will work wonders to get your costs down and give you as many options as possible. The fact they parter with so many different car hire companies gives you the options you need! Cant recommend them enough!!”

“I went with these guys because of the reviews of their customer service, and the reviews weren't wrong. You can get through to someone instantly when you need to and they're really helpful. I wanted to switch my booking to a different type of vehicle and Mark was super helpful and did this all for me, answering all my questions. Would recommend.”
