I ordered the Honeycomb Palm Moses Basket at the sale price of £29.99 (usually £64.99)
I received a call later on in the day before my order was dispatched that the basket was out of stock and I would need to look for an alternative. The advisor suggested Marshmallow Palm Moses Basket which is £74.99. I thought that maybe the advisor would match the price of the original product because it wasn't my fault that the item was and IS STILL showing as in stock on the website but no the advisor said I needed to pay the difference before the order could be dispatched. I stupidly did this because I needed a Moses basket urgently. I then found a 20% discount code on the website and rang back to have this added on to my order. A discount or a price match should have been offered first by the advisor. Is the basket really out of stock because it is still available on your website or did the advisor call to just make an add on sale?
