customer service could be an experience. Their deliver company ( fedEx) took the initiative to deliver when I wasn't home without even asking if it was ok ( deliver was scheduled for another day) and when I try to reach them it was impossible. I have to dealt with Claire de lune that with no common sense tried to wash hand and not want to take responsibilities and then when I was to the point to ask refund tried unsuccessfully with FedEx. In the end they deliver my item while I was working and as I m living in London risk of stolen package is always around corner. When ur deliver provider is u0nprofessional u have respond of it. Customers don t choose them customers wants just the item they purchased delivered safety!
