“My absolute favourite company that I deal with. I've been a customer for City Insurance for probably about 3-4 years now- I can't recommend them highly enough! My queries are always taken seriously, dealt with and explained thoroughly so that I understand what's going on. Craig in particular has been outstanding with his customer service; I am so grateful that I can speak to an intelligent and kind person when figuring this stuff out.”

“Not happy with paying breakdown cover on my car this time wished I never done it now cause my car broke down and the breakdown service said they couldn’t do anything for my car I’m going to find another one now and change my insurance next year not happy”

Whilst we do sympathise with your situation, we did explain the different levels of breakdown cover available and you elected for the most basic option. For an additional £10 with the 'UK & Home' option you would have been covered for at your home address. Best regards, City Insurance

“Good value for money and helpful telephone service. Only criticism is I got a final postal reminder for evidence of no claims but hadn’t been aware of any previous request.”

“I hadn't known that this product was available-stand alone add-on of another driver. Cheaper than a train journey for the other person and shared the driving. No claim needed so did not test that. Would have preferred a shorter period (than 7 days) to be available and a cheaper option.”
