Very unhelpful I have made a note to never take out insurance with you again the person I spoke to on the phone was unbearable

I contacted you with a question about my car insurance. You told me you would call me back. You could not be bothered. I will not be renewing. You are the cheapest insurer for a reason. God help me if I have a crash and need to claim Alistair Stevenson

Since reporting my accident on Aug 28th I have been passed from Kingsway Ins to City Ins to Pukka and Action 365, back and forward when I do eventually get someone to speak to having listened to wonky music which comes then fades so I no longer know if my call is still in a waiting mode or I should begin the whole process yet again! I am very frustrated, to say the least- please advise ASAP!

Ask for a list of other details once insurance is taken out.No mention of short timescale to do this. No way of providing info until my return home as was away. Policy cancelled,£120 deducted although I sent a email saying documents would follow. Give you seven days to respond. Dvla website doesn't work for numbers required. All documents sent within 21 days but Would not reinstate. Wouldn't trust this company,ombudsman complaint to follow Spend a bit more for a more reputable company

I was told when I bought my insurance there was no need to provide proof of no claims discount. However a week later I was asked to provide proof. And for the next week I was bombarded with both emails and letters at a level that I can only describe as harassement do yourself a favour and get your insurance elsewhere.

Dear Mr Orton, We are very sorry you are unhappy. Sometimes an insurer will request further proof of no claims discount for their records. This is what happened here and as a result, we were obliged to ask you to provide this. Our records show that we sent you 2 emails and 1 letter. Absolutely rubbish. You will get £50 fee penalty if you cancel your insurance cover in less that 14 days (in fact less than 24 hours) cooling off period.

We regret to hear that you had a negative experience with us. Unfortunately you failed to disclose a previous claim on your policy and your premium inevitably increased as a result. It was then your own choice to cancel the policy. Best regards, City Insurance

After giving all my relevant details which to the best of my knowledge were correct as required by law, the agreed cost I was called for had Bern raised more than 3 times what had at first been agreed to. As I depend on my vehicle to maintain my rather simple livelihood I had no choice but to pay up. By the way I could not afford this and as such was assisted by an outsider otherwise I may have been completely destitute. All this in spite of the fact I once (in 1999) had insurance as a driver in London Streatham area with no claims. I found all this to be very unfair. I've been a driver more than 3 decades.

Poor policy with a £75 cancellation. No attempt to resolve issues. Would never recommend this broker, you will be out of pocket.

We are sorry to receive your comments. Having reviewed your case, the policy was cancelled due to an additional premium for an undisclosed fault claim. Once we were made aware of the claim, your premium naturally increased. Regards, City Insurance

We made a claim in March last year after a accident which the other driver admitted liability for immediately. His insurance paid out within weeks, however City Insurance took months to release the funds and only did so after being threatened with the ombudsmen. I would not recommend you.

Absoloute rip off. Paid £418 for a years cover and beacause I sold car within six months got refund of only £93 Call handler a waste of space and just kept making ecuses for the low repayment. Citi insurance charged nearly two hundred pounds for the six months I was insured and the insurance company two hundred and twenty Point is dont ever pay your insurance in full through citi link if theres a chance you may not keep vehicle because they will keep the money any way

They were rude and kept finding reasons to increase the payments in ways that other companies do not. Also very difficult to get hold of when calling.

You are not open to transfer a car policy from 12 noon on a Saturday until 8 45 am on a Monday , I have lost a job and money as I work for myself ! What a joke don't know how you have been in business for over 20 year's ! ! !

What kind of insurance company doesn't let you see a summary of cover, let alone a policy wording document before handing over your card details?! Insurance contracts are complex and seemingly designed to avoid paying out, and with this company they won't even let you see it before you give them money?! haha!

Very bad customer service they advertise a price online and when you call them have a higher price. They are bunch of cowboys they don't offer the price they quote online. Very bad service wouldn't recommend anybody. Bunch of jokers
