Absoloute rip off. Paid £418 for a years cover and beacause I sold car within six months got refund of only £93
Call handler a waste of space and just kept making ecuses for the low repayment.
Citi insurance charged nearly two hundred pounds for the six months I was insured and the insurance company two hundred and twenty
Point is dont ever pay your insurance in full through citi link if theres a chance you may not keep vehicle because they will keep the money any way
