“I have been a customer if city insurance brokers for 5 years and often shop around for insurance, they have been really polight and helpful and happy to help They have often matched of beat the best prices I can find, only down side is they don’t work into the evenings and only half a day on a Saturday, and not a Sunday but everyone needs a day off right ? Would be nice to have all day Saturday even if they are off on a Sunday”

“I have dealt with City Insurance for over thirty years and have purchased every type of insurance through them. I have always found their straightforwardness and efficient handling of admin/claims to be world class and as a former partner in PwC that is not a compliment I use lightly. Businesses like this are rare; use them and you will not be disappointed.”

“We had a particularly difficult car insurance requirement and had not been able to obtain cover through the online sites, or indeed through other brokers. City Insurance quickly arranged cover, at a reasonable price, and dealt with us in an efficient and friendly manner, even though we were in Spain during the discussions.”

“I found the sales team quick and efficient, from ringing them up it was all complete within 15 mins , they also asked in regards to my no claims bonuses from my previous provider which i thought was good. The price to other competitors was very good too, i just hope things and prices change over the covid19”

“Straight talking, best price and very helpful without the cabaret. I unexpectedly changed my car a day or two after the cover had started and it was dealt with without problems. In my experience there is little waiting time for them to answer the phone. I hope to use them in the future.”
