“We've all had some terrible dealings with insurance companies, I'm sure. I certainly have, and usually due to a large lack in communication. City Insurance have probably given me the best service i've ever had from an insurance company, polite, patient, and extremely helpful. Credit where cried is due. Thanks guys.”

“First time I have used City Insurance but I have nothing but praise for the experience. I have amended my policy twice surrounding a private number plate and there has been Zero additional charges and the administration was superb. As long as the renewal pirce is within reason then I wont hesitate to use City Insurance again.”

“Recently taken out a policy with City Insurance Group. Then after only a couple of weeks asked to make a change of vehicle on cover. Both the original quote and change of vehicle were handled very professionally. I believe the key to the good service was to provide full and honest answers at proposal and change of vehicle stage. In short an excellent service.”
