“Not yet needed to contact them. But changing to them was easy and I had a real person to talk to rather than doing it on-line.”

“Not being insured until you've phoned them is annoying, I'm sure there are valid reasons for it but if you're in a hurry and the office is closed it's no help even if they are the cheapest. However they are polite and efficient.”

“Was a bit dubious about using this company after reading some review, but got quote online then called them. Phone answered quickly, and confirmed all details and the price stayed the same (very competitive). Did not receive email with policy straight away, but after a email to them it arrived, without any errors or ommissions. So, at the moment,I have to say I am quite happy with the service offered.”

“My experience so far is positive, though i have never ran into trouble or anything that would challenge their reliability, competence and honesty since I bought the premium. The have good customer service. However, i would recommend them.”
