About Chococo:

We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.
We believe truly fresh chocolates taste better & our customers & food experts agree, as we have won over 70 fine food awards over the years for our creations including most recently, 3 World medals at the International Chocolate Awards...enjoy!

“I’ve been indulging in chococo chocolates since I read about them in a country living magazine in 2006. When I found them I felt like I was in a scene from Charlie and the chocolate factory! Although not quite so whimsical, I try to get to the shop at least twice a year and this time decided to buy online. The chocolate was perfect and was delivered quickly. I have just ordered some more of the 80% Madagascan buttons as I’m attempting keto and I knew these would be perfect. Thankyou chococo.”

Thank you! Probably the nicest chocolates in the UK! That's so great to hear 💗️ Online, we have compiled various different box selections with smaller menus to cover the most popular options, as sadly we cannot manage the complexity of every online customer choosing the specific contents for their box. We don't have the people resource to do this and would have to charge a lot more for each box! If you want to choose the contents of your selection, you can always visit one of our 4 chocolate houses and see what they have instore that day.

“This was a gift, but the recipient was very pleased and was struggling not to eat all the chocolates at once. the freshness of the chocolate and the fillings is great, and I love the divided boxes.”

“I was very disappointed with these chocolates. They tasted stale and the chocolate quite unpleasant. The cost was exorbitant, with postage they were £1 each, which made the purchase an even greater mistake.”

Occasionally, we just have to accept that we can't win 'em all .... customers that is. Awards, well that's another thing altogether - 130 to date. Furthermore our delicious raisetrade chocolate is sustainable, slave free & ethical as well as being hand-crafted and hand packed into planet friendly, recyclable packaging. We think it's worth every penny when you do pay for it! Enough said!

“the shipping of a product is very impotant to me. The shipping information was clear and accurate. The receiver of the Advent calendar said it arrived in great condtion, the the right address, and timely. Of course the chocolate is delicious.”

“Love the chocolates and everyone I've sent them to has loved them too! Great choice and really good quality. My only minor gripe is that it's quite hard to predict the dispatch and delivery date, so if you want something to be delivered on a birthday it can be quite hit and miss as to whether they arrive on the day, a day early or a day late.”

A calendar will pop up and you can select the preferred future delivery that you would like. Oh no, this is really sad and clearly disappointing, and certainly not how we want our lovely chocolate to arrive. If you'd let us know, we could have put this right for you. Please be assured that we don't want any of our customers to be unhappy, and we'd never knowingly send out damaged chocolates. We hope that the chocolate was just as delicious despite its less-than-perfect appearance.

Yes, sorry about that. We do say this in our FAQ's. As we explained, you managed bypass the website by keeping United Kingdom as the country rather than change it to USA; if you'd changed it, you would not have been given any delivery options. At the moment we don't send outside the UK and we do not send to the USA, Canada or the rest of the world due to the amount of time our perishable items are likely to spend in transit.

“Horribly overpriced. Small size chocolate advent calendar. Dairy free 17year old said the chocolates were “just ok - nothing special”. Think I’ll go back to M&S truffles for a quarter of the price!”

Ouch! Our Countdown to Christmas consists of 25 exquisite hand-crafted chocolates - many of them award-winning - made with raisetrade chocolate that's sustainable, slave free & ethical. All hand-packed into planet friendly, recyclable packaging. Worth every penny, but sadly just not appreciated by some 😢️
